diagram to replace the wheel in 1971 4 hp. Evinrude and carb kit?

I need a diagram to replace parts the wheel on a 1971 4 hp motor outboard Evinrude and also for a carb kit and replace items.

These patterns were microfiche parts, and the kit parts were shown in a couple of different ways. Posted by asterisks or parts indented list below the reference kit. I knowin the early 1990s, the store I worked at always used this system. Sometimes, the price of the book refers you to a room number new, but the kit of parts would remain unchanged. Many of these kits came with an instruction sheet and parts list. Bottom line, most engineers knew which pieces went where and how to work, if any diagrams or instructions went to the trash. I know I did not. Some of these published How to Books may have some information but I'd just get the kit, and keep track that you take apart the old. It's very simple. In recent years I have photographed many things before I work on it. It's a referance to practice later. Good luck!
