Swivel Mount for Garmin Nuvi 765T?
Looking for information on the use of GPS Swivel Mount on a 2006 BMW 325xi – Garmin 765T: which one to use, center mount or off-center bent frame? Any damage to the Interior? Easy to remove ProClip? Do I need to purchase the ProClip holder or can I use one that came with the GPS? Thank you
Center mount is easier to achieve, but angle is easier for a passenger to navigate. No damage inside. You use screws, but their vehicle frames. Because frames are custom made, they break right in the seams of your dashboard to avoid drilling into the panels. It can be deleted, but do no more than once or twice during that yourself. Continued suppression may wear down. You must purchase the ProClip holder as a separate item. It will also be tailored, but for your model GPS in particular.
