How to get detailed maps of the United Kingdom for a GPS device?

My friend asked me to help create their Garmin GPSMAP 60CSx GPS. It comes with MapSource TOPO Great Britain (v 6.9.1) and codes for more than the Enigma machine – and yet many codes they have written, the site keeps asking for more codes that we have not. MapSource not unlock detailed maps without registration code clients (the username, password, unlock code certificate and the serial number will not) and have logged onto the website with the username and password, there is nothing to help and no way to enter a code sent. So is there a way to put some decent cards for free, or to to unlock the card by other means? Edit: The card must be loaded into the GPS unit before it can be used correctly, that's what I try to do.
