Is prop on outboard Mercury supposed turn when connected pipe with earmuffs?
The engine starts well and works very well with switchgear bypass (throttle at neutral). When I try to move up a gear and Rev. It, the propeller does not rotate. That does not sound like he engages in all. Is this normal or does it turn?
It may spin while in neutral and it's normal. Its just because of the thickness of the gear oil when its cold.
